For this reason, the Church Council provides a wireless internet access service ("Internet Service"), which is made freely available to all users of the Premises.

All users are responsible for ensuring that their Internet usage complies with this Internet Usage Policy and is ethical and lawful. Users are reminded to always use caution when revealing personally identifiable information via the Internet.

The Church Council is concerned about the safety and privacy of all users, and of children and young people particularly. In line with the Methodist Church policy on safeguarding, the Church Council has a responsibility to protect children and young people from risks posed by the Internet. For this reason, the Church Council uses the services of “Church DNS” to provide Content Filtering. This filtering will restrict or deny access to certain websites and content, however, the Church Council cannot guarantee to eliminate all the risks posed by use of the Internet.
